I have a mod (not produced by me {Piratelord}) that adds "Taxis" to Morrowind, I've changed it so that they trade in the same way as the rest of the traders in the Economy/Trade Fix. Note that you need to have the METF (Complete Trade Fix or Piratelord's Trade Enhancements) to use the Taxi Mod.
