Fly Amantia adds the plant "Fly Amantia" From Oblivion/Skyrim to Morrowind.
A few have been placed around Pelagiad and Caldera.
The ingrediant has the following effects:
Restore Agility
Damage Strength
Restore Health
Resist Fire
