It's a simple mod that makes the skills(not all,though) to grow up MUCH MUCH MUCH faster.  
5 sword hits= 1 skillup  
5 spell casts(only some schools)= 1 skillup  
Easy:)  
WAIT WAIT WAIT...No it's not a cheat:P  
Because i found that leveling in ...
