To install the plugin, unzip the files into the Morrowind/Data Files directory. Then in data files make sure this mod is checked. You MUST have Eljiit Complete to use this mod!!!
Robes are found in Ald Ruhn in the Exotic Clothes shop.. Sold by Sapphire and Emerald.
