Adds a piece of clothing, Santa's Zipfelmutze, to Vvardenfell. Technically it's a (rather good) helmet, so there's no reason for not bringing the christmas spirit to those pesky daedra...
To get it, just talk to Santa's little helper, who's lurking around in Balmora near the river.
