This mod adds a Blacksmith in khuul. He sells high quality items and has 15k(not too much)and lives in a nicely furneshed nord house(not a crappy looking shack). Has an uber guard so you cant steal his stuff(try it,he WILL kill you!). I always thought khuul needed a smith, enjoy.
