Since I first acquired my telvanni tower at Tel Urvith I've aspired to make something larger more fitting and in a more suitable location and thus Tel Moonrar is born.
The first thing you should note is that there are no quests involved in this mod (that's not to say you can't have a bit of an adventure with it) it was primarily designed to be a tower mod and as so it includes individual chambered rooms which include:

Lower Tower
With guard post, entrance to dungeon, upper tower, trophy chamber and teleport crystal

Upper Tower
With bedroom and access to balcony and chambered rooms

Dungeon
With Dragons, loot ;) and exit to island

Trophy chamber
With manikin stands and trophy cases

Alchemy chamber
With many types of potted plants and complete with a set of alchemy baskets and alchemy gear

Spell craft chamber
With spell craft tome and Inscription

Library chamber
With lots of book space

Armory chamber
With manikin pods, weapon tables and a special set of amour

The tower is set on a new island which is NE of Sadrith Mora, it's quite large so you can't miss it, beware lowbie players the entrance is guarded by some small but powerful guards which you'll have to kill.

There is now a point to go down into your dungeon more often, the dragons down there have a tendency to horde precious items as well as large amounts of gold, the only problem is that you'll need to kill them to get at it ;)

To recruit your new staff, you will either need gold or items.
For example, to recruit a fisherman, you will need a fishing rod while to recruit a guard, you will need 600 septims.

Additionally, all staff members will have a monthly wage (200-400 gold) and will refuse to perform services until they are paid (they will stay where you put them though)
Once you have recruited someone, they will
follow you (to your home, presumably)
perform daily services
perform improved services after a pay raise.
carry and hold tools of their trade.
share lore related to their trade.

As an example, to hire an alchemist, you need a mortar. The alchemist will then hold a mortar and give you a selection of potions daily. After a pay raise (from 200 to 400 monthly) the potions will have a greater quality. He will tell you about the alchemical properties of plants.


Other remarks:

each employee actually carries a number of tools, some of them set up as a shield, or as a light (those will be used in darker rooms), remove the items you do not want them to use from their inventories.
you can fire your employees at any time.
you can hire any number of the same type of employee
you can lower their wages back if you do not like their improved service.
the names of classes have not been changed: your staff is compatible with Archimaestro Antares's Bigmod (highly recommended).

While most of the mods included in this pack are pluginless by definition, it is still heavily recommended that you use the included plugin file. The .ESM includes texture seam fixes for Vvardenfell and Landscaping for Solstheim by Slartibartfast and tree placement fixes for the Grazelands & Bittercoast by Vurt that should ensure that his new meshes (included in this pack) look proper. The .esm is also required for Earth Wyrm's Signposts and CJW-Craigor's Ore Veins to work properly.

Each modder showcased in this package shows an eye for detail and an apreciation for the game's original look and feel; each weapon and piece of armor should be familiar to a veteran player of the vanilla game, while at the same time having been lent the ability to sparkle and shine (sometimes literally!) on today's high resolution displays.

Optionally, some weapons that previously had not unique meshes but were uniquely named/enchanted have become visually unique. You will need to use UCArmoryUnique.esp for these changes to become apparent in your game.

The items made unique by use of the .esp are the following:
Banhammer, Bonebiter Bow of Sul-Senipul, Boots of Blinding Speed, Conoon Chodala's Axe, Conoon Chodala's Boots, Dagger of Symaccus, Dreugh Cuirass, Ebony Spear, Erur-Dan's Cuirass, Erur-Dan's Spear, Karpal's Friend, Light of Day, Mountain Spirit, Seasplitter, Spirit Eater, Staff of Carnal Channeling, Stormforge, Temreki, and Trebonius' Staff

In addition to the above effects, this pack contains Plankye's enchantment glow remover (pluginless noglow). If you use anything that modifies the enchantment glow, you may want to take care to make sure the relevant files are not replaced. Keep in mind however that many of the rare artifacts that would generally have a glow now have bump and environment maps, and that the vanilla glow or any replacements for it besides a remover like the one included will diminish or completely override the effect of the new detail.
