Note by abot: a big landscape/city restructuring/gameplay overhaul for Morrowind, really suggested if you have a fast computer running MSGO or the like and want a fast way to add content to the game 

Not suggested if you have a long/carefully handpicked mod list already, as there will probably be lots of conflicts with a big overhaul like this one.

Large lag spikes in parts of the city, particularly with MGSO
