Allows you to create uninstaller for a mod.
Usage: copy "make uninstaller.bat" to mod folder, run it (make sure the mod folder's name is not too long and doesnt contain apostrophe). A file named "uninstall "mod folder name".bat" will be created. Copy mod (with "uninstall xxx.bat") to ...
