This plugin adds the all powerful sword The One and a quest to find it to the game. This is not an uber-unbalancer weapon, its just a "nice" weapon. It all starts inside the CharGen barrel in Seyda Neen. Its the barrel you got Fargoth's ring out of at the beginning of the game.
