This fixes a problem where the new Ex_GG_fence_s_01.nif from MRM is shared with the "Puzzle Canal Force Field". The new nif, being much taller, leaves the Puzzle Canal part unable to be crossed. Moved the Force Field higher up, so that the path to the shrine is free again.
