A Portcullis for Hawkmoth

This is an update of a small plug-in that adds a much-needed portcullis (like Ghostgate's) to Fort Hawkmoth in Ebonheart. It's just for looks, but I think Hawkmoth isn't much of a "Fortification" without it. See what you think.
