Do you remember the line in "Plan to Defeat Dagoth Ur" informing the Nerevarine that, if they equip Sunder or Keening without Wraithguard and aren't hurt, the item is a forgery?
This plugin adds those counterfeits. You'll have to test each artifact you find.
