This mod adds animated grass on Bitter Coast region. The meshes and textures were converted from Oblivion. The mod requires Morrowind Graphics Extender (MGE) v3.6 or higher.
For better look I highly recommend using it with "Connary's Landscapes - Bitter Coast" texture replace...
